Biography
Andrey was born on September 22, 1953 in Leningrad.
Got an education in the Moscow Financial Academy (MFA).
From 1974 to 1987 worked as the junior researcher of LFEI, the head of section of committee on an economic reform of executive committee of Leningrad Soviet.
From 1985 to 1987 was the deputy CEO of department of Vneshtorgbank of the USSR in Zurich (Switzerland)
1987: CEO of Donau bank
From 1987 to 1990 worked at a position of the CEO of Donau bank in Vienna (Austria)
From 1991 to 2002 Vneshtorgbank worked as the managing director of EMAG Gmbh financial company in Vienna (Austria), the regular adviser to the chairman of the board
In 2002 it is elected the chairman of the board of Gazprombank.
In 2006 was a part of Board of Directors of JSC Novatek
In 2006 it is elected as a member of Board of Directors of JSC SIBUR Holding.
In 2011 JSC Gazprom is included in the board of directors.
In 2018 it is included in the sanctions "Kremlin list" of the USA among 17 officials and seven businessmen from Russia, approximate to V. Putin.
