Born in 1976.

Education

1998 - Moscow State University of Railways with a degree in Software computer engineering.

MBA at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a specialization in CIO.

Career

1994-2003 - trainee, senior pre-sales expert, head of the commercial department of NPO Mekomp.

2003-2005 Head of IBM in the Department of Corporate Systems, Head of the Department of BBC (now Asteros).

2005-2006 - Head of the Department of Complex Projects "BBC."

2006 - 2009 - Head of the Sales Support Department of NVision Group

2009-2011 - Deputy General Director - Project Director of NVision Group.

2011-2014 - Director of the Division for Work with State Organizations "NVision Group."

2014 - General Director of the Regionkom
