Biography
Alexander Abramkin is an entrepreneur and consultant in the field of executive recruitment and team formation for high-tech companies.
Since July 2012, he worked in the IT/Telecom practice team of the recruiting company STAFFWELL, in 2014 he headed this practice.
In 2014-2017, he also headed the HR Club in the Association of Computer and Computer information technology Russia (APKIT) - at that time the largest professional industry HR community in Russia.
Since 2017, he has been engaged in private consulting of the first persons of companies in the search, selection, assessment and development of management teams, building an HR brand, and reputation management. He has the qualification of a business coach. Member of a number of advisory boards of its clients, is a member of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (tpprf.ru) for the development of IT and the Digital Economy.
In 2018, he oversaw the development of the Association of Independent Directors.
In 2019, he established Heads Partners, a company specializing in executive search and team formation for high-tech companies, as well as for leading players in a number of industries whose strategies are related to the development of digital and information technologies.
