Biography

Born in Moscow, in the family of a military man.

Education

In 1980 he graduated from the Daugavpil Higher Military Aviation Engineering School of Air Defense named after Ya. Fabricius.

Career

He was sent to serve at the 22nd Central Research Test Institute of the Ministry of Defense, where he went from a junior researcher to the head of the institute.

Upon completion of his service in the Armed Forces, in 2009, on a competitive basis, he was appointed to the post of General Director of FSUE NPP Istok.

As of February 28, 2013, he holds the post of General Director of FSUE NPP Istok.

In March 2018, he was appointed Acting Interim General Director of Roselectronics JSC.

Awards, achievements

Doctor of Technical Sciences, senior researcher, twice laureate of prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation (2001 and 2009), author of more than 120 scientific papers, including state military standards and guidelines of the Ministry of Defense, member of the scientific and technical council of the Military-Industrial Commission under the Government of the Russian Federation.

It has government awards.
