Alexander was born in Moscow in 1967.

From 1995 to 2003 he worked as an engineer, deputy technical director at AMT Group.
He worked as a technical director, first deputy general director at NVision Group.
In February 2011, AMT Group announced the appointment of Alexander Goltsov as First Deputy General Director - Director for Strategy and Innovation. The main task of Alexander Goltsov in his new position will be the formation of a strategy for the development of the company, including the determination of business and technological priorities, the formation of a portfolio of solutions and services, the improvement of business processes and the methodology for the implementation of projects.
2011: CEO of AMT Group
In August 2011, Alexander Goltsov was appointed General Director of AMT Group.
The previous general director of AMT Group was Ivan Evdokimov. He headed the company since its founding in 1994 and died suddenly on May 20, 2011 from a heart attack.
