Biographical reference

In 2003, Alexander Smorgonsky graduated from the Physics Department of Voronezh State University with a degree in radiophysics, defended his thesis on mass service systems in 3G CDMA/WCDMA cellular mobile radio communications, and received a Master's degree in physics. In 2006 he graduated from the International Institute of Computer Technology with a degree in economics - finance and credit, and in 2016 received an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at the Moscow International Higher School of Business (MIRBIS).

In 2006, Alexander Smorgonsky began working at Concern Sozvezdiye JSC, where, as a design engineer, he was engaged in the design of wireless cellular networks and the development of new algorithms for high-speed data transmission, the development of MIMO/OFDM and WiMAX technologies.
