Alexey Titov graduated from the Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Informatics, Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering with a degree in mobile communications (cellular communication).
In the period from 2001 to 2003 Alexey Titov worked at OJSC Giprosvyaz-4 as an engineer for the design of radio communication networks.
