2026: Appointment as CEO of BelkaCar Car Sharing
On February 9, 2026, Alexey Mikhailik was appointed to the post of General Director of MKOOO Belkatekh (manages the assets of BelkaCar car sharing). In this position, he replaced the co-founder of the service Loriana Sardar, who will remain in the company, focusing on strategic financial issues, the development of new products and attracting investments.
Mikhailik graduated in economics and management. In addition, he underwent additional training in advanced training programs in the field of digital technologies and management. Mikhailik is an experienced manager with more than 25 years of managerial experience. Previously, he oversaw the creation of the federal state information system "My Export." In addition, he developed consumer and B2B services in the structures of Gazprom-Media Holding, the Russian Export Center, Promsvyazbank and Beeline.
The change of CEO, as BelkaCar notes, is associated with the implementation of a long-term development strategy. Among the key tasks of Mikhailik are the increase in the operational efficiency of the group and the strengthening of BelkaCar's position in the car sharing segment and in the car rental market as a whole. It is planned to develop the Long Leases project and tourist car sharing products. In particular, BelkaCar is preparing special offers for travelers. The company intends to strengthen partnerships with local tourism centers to create integrated routes. Attention will be paid to improving the quality of customer experience and personalization of services.
The BelkaCar website says that about 5 thousand cars are available in the service, and the number of registered users has reached 1.7 million people. BelkaCar operates in Moscow, Sochi, Krasnodar, St. Petersburg and Kaliningrad.[1]
