Biography

Alexey Vitalievich Stepin was born in 1979.

Education

In 2002 he graduated from Bryansk State University. Academician I.G. Petrovsky.

Career

From 2004 to 2013 he worked at VimpelCom OJSC, where in 2009 he was appointed Director of the Ryazan branch.

In the period from 2013 to 2015, he headed various business areas at PJSC Rostelecom in the cities of Ryazan, Bryansk, Oryol.

Since 2015, he worked in TELE2, where in 2017 he was appointed Director of the united branch of TELE2 Russia in Penza and the Republic of Mordovia.

2021: Macroregion Director TransTeleCom Center

In May 2022, Alexey Stepin left the position of Director of the macro-region Center of TransTeleCom. In this post, he was replaced by Marat Tatevosov. The company TransTeleCom announced this on May 17, 2022.
