Biography
Alexey Gennadievich Zabozlaev was born on December 1, 1966 in the city of Kirsanov, Tambov Region.
In 1985-1987 served in the ranks of the Soviet army.
In 1991, he graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute with a degree in transportation organization and transport management.
He worked from an engineer to the head of the road repair and construction department of Urai, and then to the deputy general director of the Uraineftegaz Chamber of Commerce and Industry of OOO LUKOIL-Western Siberia. In 2011, he was elected head of the city of Urai.
2015: Joining the Government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra
In September 2015, the Governor of Ugra Natalya Komarova signed a decree "On the personal composition of the Government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Ugra."
The government included 9 deputy heads of the region. Among them is Alexey Zabozlaev, who previously worked as the head of the city of Urai.
Alexey Zabozlaev, as deputy governor, is responsible for the departments regulating the issues of subsoil use, industry and agriculture, as well as information technology.
Commenting on his appointment to a new position, A.G. Zabozlaev said:
"Of course, it is a great honor for me to join the District Government and be responsible for such important areas in the team of Natalia Vladimirovna. I am leaving to work in Khanty-Mansiysk, but Urai will always be in my heart. Here I grew up, and until now I worked, with Urai I have the happiest moments of my life. Urai is a special, unique city where every resident is ready to work for a common result. We really worked hard to ensure that our city meets its 50th anniversary in the status of one of the best in Ugra. In recent years, a strong team of professionals has formed in Urai, responsible for all areas of development, and productive interdepartmental interaction between city and federal structures has been established. The administration and the City Duma have a productive dialogue with the district authorities and LUKOIL oil workers. I am sure that Urai will continue to follow the path of development. I want to say words of sincere gratitude to all Urayans for the trust shown to me 4 years ago, for their joint work. Urai is my small homeland, which will forever remain in my soul!, " - stressed the ex-head of the municipality. |
2020: Coordinator of Interdepartmental Government Interaction on Digital Transformation of the District
On November 20, 2020, the Department of Information Technologies of Ugra reported that the governor of Ugra identified the "digital leaders" of the region - representatives of the authorities responsible for the digital transformation of the district (Chief Digital Transformation Officer, CDTO). In the regional government, Deputy Governor of Ugra Alexei Zabozlaev has been appointed coordinator of interdepartmental interaction of authorities in this area.

2021: 12th place in the ranking of regional IT officials in terms of income
For the period from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the family income of the Deputy Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra Alexei Zabozlaev amounted to 13.3 million rubles. The official's personal income is 10.6 million rubles, the income of family members is 2.7 million rubles.
