Brovko Anatoly Grigoryevich

Born on August 22, 1966 in the Dnipropetrovsk region of the Ukrainian SSR.

Education

In 1985 he graduated from the Donetsk Polytechnic College with a degree in Equipment of Coke Chemical Plants. He worked as a mechanic at the Zhdanovsky and Makeevsky coke chemical plants.

In 1993 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the transport State Academy of Management.

Career

1993-2002

From 1993 to 1994 he worked as an economist at the production and commercial company "Comet" in Moscow. From 1994 to 1998 - Chief Accountant and Financial Director of OAO Oil Concern Russian Petroleum Products.

From May 1998 to May 2000, Anatoly Brovko was Deputy Vice President for Financial Affairs of Metallurgical Investment Company CJSC. He was engaged in financial and planning and economic support of anti-crisis management of large industrial enterprises (including OJSC Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant, OJSC Novokuznetsk Aluminum Plant). In 1999, he served as chief accountant, then deputy general director for finance and economics of OJSC Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant.

From 2000 to 2002, Anatoly Brovko served as General Director of Volzhsky Pipe Plant OJSC.

2002-2005

From 2002 to 2003, Anatoly Grigorievich - General Director of Taganrog Metallurgical Plant OJSC, Deputy General Director for Management of Pipe Metallurgical Company OJSC.

In the first integral ranking of the professionalism of Russian managers "1000 most professional managers of Russia," conducted and published in December 2001, Anatoly Brovko entered the Top-100 group, where he took 56th place. In June 2002, in the second ranking in the Top 100 group, he already has 34th place. As Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Volzhsky Pipe Plant, in the last third rating, he entered Group B.

In 2003, by directive of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation at the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Science of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Property of the Russian Federation, Anatoly Grigoryevich Brovko was appointed to the post of General Director of Kolchugtsvetmet OJSC, since the plant is included in the list of strategic enterprises of the Russian Federation.

In October 2005, A.G. Brovko became Deputy General Director of the non-profit partnership Agency for Investment and Development of the South of Russia, General Director of the NP Agency for Investment and Development of the Volgograd Region. He was engaged in the development and implementation of the Investment Development Strategy of the district: determining priority areas and points of growth in the Southern Federal District and the Volgograd region, in particular, promoting the image of these territories, as well as developing and presenting investment projects, attracting investments and supporting the entire range of work in the process of implementing projects.

2006-2010

From September 2006 to May 2009, Anatoly Grigoryevich Brovko worked as Deputy Head of the Volgograd Region Administration for Investment and Trade, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the NP Agency for Investment and Development of the Volgograd Region, and from May 2009, Deputy Head of the Volgograd Region Administration for Entrepreneurship, Industry and Trade. He oversaw issues related to attracting investments, implementing investment projects, developing industry, small and medium-sized businesses, trade and consumer services. In February 2009, Anatoly Brovko was included in the "first hundred" reserve of managerial personnel under the patronage of the President of the Russian Federation.

December 25, 2009 in accordance with Article 18 of the Federal Law of October 6, 1999 No. 184-FZ "On General Principles of Organization of Legislative (representative) and executive bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation "and article 26¹ of the Federal Law of July 11, 2001 No. 95-FZ" On Political Parties "President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev submitted to the Volgograd Regional Duma the candidacy of Anatoly Grigoryevich Brovko to empower him the head of the Volgograd Region administration. On December 29, Volgograd deputies approved the choice of the head of state.

January 12, 2010 Anatoly Grigoryevich Brovko took office as head of the administration of the Volgograd region. Removed from office on January 17, 2012.

2024: Appointment as CEO of Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant

In August 2024, Anatoly Brovko was appointed new General Director of Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant JSC (CHEMK). Prior to that, Brovko was the deputy general director of the plant.

In June 2024, the Chelyabinsk court sent the general director of CHEMK Pavel Khodorovsky under arrest for two months. He is accused of crimes against the sexual inviolability of minors. In the same month, the board of directors of CHEMK appointed and. about. General Director Vladimir Ivanchenko, who had previously worked as the director for the production of the plant.

After the change of ownership, the management of the plant was updated. In particular, Olga Proshkina holds the post of Deputy General Director for Finance and Economics, according to the plant's website. Until recently, she worked at the Sinar Pipe Plant (part of TMK) as director of economics and finance, at SinTZ Interfax was informed that Proshkina had left this position. The position of the first deputy general director-director of the back office of CHEMK is now held by Serik Shaikhanov, a native of TMK and Sinara.

JSC Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant is a manufacturer of ferroalloys. In accordance with the implemented court decision on the complete seizure of shares of three plants (CHEMK JSC, KF JSC and SZF JSC) in favor of the Russian Federation by September 2024, the shares of each of the three plants belong to the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Federal Property Management Agency).[1]

Family

A.G. Brovko is married, has three sons and a daughter.
