Biography

Andrei Alekseevich Shuklin was born on October 25, 1984 in Kirov, where he graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum. He was fond of school Olympiads in mathematics and English.

He began to engage in journalism in the field of IT at the same time as studying at the capital's university MPEI (TU). He held various positions from correspondent and responsible for equipment tests to deputy editor-in-chief at Finestreet Media Group (Financial Street) (IT-Media LLC)

After graduating from the specialty "Solid-state microelectronics" he moved to the Belgorod region with his family. Having settled in the picturesque town of Shebekino, he launched his Workshop for the preparation and processing of texts, works with customers from different regions.

Since 2002, Andrei began to represent the St. Petersburg publishing house Finestreet Media Group (Feinstreet) in Moscow. Works as a correspondent, begins testing new equipment. He becomes one of the first employees of the Moscow edition of IT Expert, IT-Manager, IT-News magazines. He works in a publishing house until 2007.

After moving to the Belgorod region, he continues to cooperate with various publications, prepares materials on the topic of IT and technology. Published in Connect, CNews Analytics, Izvestia ID, Firm's Secret, Global CIO, Expir, Tom's Hardware and other publications.

Along with journalistic work, Andrei develops the direction of preparation of commercial texts and translation activities. Takes on outsourcing the tasks of translating texts and preparing materials from various companies and PR agencies.

Among the customers of the Andrei Shuklin Workshop are PR-Inc, PRPartner, Edelman, Script-R, Business Communications Agency (BCom), Mezon.ru, Buman Media, SK Comm, Fujitsu, Unify, Netcube and other companies.

In 2014, Andrei Shuklin was awarded the TechInMedia Journalism Award for his coverage of modern technology in the federal press.
