Biography
Born December 20, 1977 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO - University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Faculty of Economics and Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Faculty of Law.
In 1999-2011 held senior positions in leading Russian investment and construction companies.
From 2011 to 2014 he worked as the general director of the State Enterprise of Moscow "Department of Civil Construction" (KP "UGS").
From March 2015 to December 2016, he worked as Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.
In December 2016, he was appointed Deputy General Director of the institution subordinate to the ministry, the Construction Research Center (NIC).
As of February 2020, it was not listed among employees on the official website of the Construction Research Center.
2023: Death
Former director of the department of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation Andrei Belyuchenko was found dead in his house near the village of Nakhabino. This was reported to TASS on July 6, 2023 by law enforcement agencies.[1]. At the time of publication of this message, the circumstances[2] the incident were specified. According to preliminary data, the cause of death could be an accident.
