February 22 to September 21, 2018 Andrei Kuranov became the general director of T-mentor LLC - "wholesale trade in other machines and equipment." In parallel with this, from March 13 to October 25, 2018, he was listed as the general director of 2x2 Media LLC - "other types of printing activities."

2023: Appointment as CEO of Abbyy in Russia

At the end of April 2023, Andrei Kuranov became the new CEO of Abbyy's Russian office. He replaced Vadim Tereshchenko, who led the company for almost six years.

The CNews edition drew attention to the appointment of the new general director of Abi Production LLC, referring to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). It also follows from it that Andrei Kuranov is the current 100% founder of M Plus Logistics LLC. The main declared type of activity is "auxiliary other related to transportation." Search engines do not find a working site of the company.

In addition, Kuranov until the end of January 2023 was listed as the general director of Ecositiservice LLC (ESS) - "the activities of road freight transport and transportation services." In the same organization, he was the only founder.

As noted by CNews, Abi Production LLC, whose general director was Kuranov in April 2023, is Abbyy's main legal entity in Russia. By June 2023, this company is 99.9% owned by Abi ink (USA), 0.1% by Abi Development Inc, and a very meager share (less than 0.1%) is recorded in the Russian Abi LLC.

The latter itself is a one hundred percent subsidiary of Abi Production LLC, although until December 2020 it was owned by various Cypriot Abbyy structures. Since December 29, 2022, the organization has been under liquidation.^[1]
