Biography

Born on April 23, 1961 in the city of LyubertsyMoscow region.

After graduating in 1984 from the Moscow Art Institute named after D.I. Mendeleev (December 11, 1992, the Moscow Art Institute was transformed into) Russian University of Chemical Technology (RCTU) named after D. I. Mendeleev worked at the All-Union Research Institute of Forensic Expertise at Ministry of Justice Russia the laboratory for the study of special substances and devices.

In 1992, he joined the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation.

From 1992 to 2002 he worked as a researcher, senior researcher, deputy chief, head of the Research Laboratory of the State Institution of the Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

In 2000 he defended his thesis, receiving the degree of candidate of legal sciences. During his service in the internal affairs bodies, he repeatedly went on business trips to hot spots. Combat veteran. It has government awards. In 2002, he retired with the rank of police colonel.

From 2002 to 2004, he worked at the Russian Federal Center for Forensic Expertise under the Ministry of Justice of Russia as Deputy Director for Scientific Work.

From 2004 to 2006 - Professor of the Department of Forensic Expertise of the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

From 2000 to 2013 - Associate Professor, Department of Jurisprudence, Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman. He has more than 50 scientific papers in the field of forensic explosive expertise and forensic science.

From 2006 to 2013, he worked at Borlas Security Systems LLC (Borlas Group of Companies) as Director of the Security Systems Directorate (Director for Special Security Technologies). Participated in the development and implementation of unique security products and solutions.

From November 2013 to September 2018 - Director of the Department of Special Security Technologies of the Asteros Group.

Since October 2018 - Director of Special Security Technologies for GSC (" groups of the Systematization companies ").

Andrei Prozorov was awarded government awards, is a combat veteran, a member of the International Association for Identification, a member of the board of directors of the European Network of Institutes of Judicial Sciences (ENFSI), a member of the Airport Association of Civil Aviation. He is the author of more than 60 scientific papers in the field of forensic expertise and modern security technologies.
