Biography

Born November 7, 1979 in Volgograd.

In 2001 he graduated from Volgograd State Technical University with a degree in automation of technological processes and industries, and in 2002 - with a degree in world economics.

In the period from 2002 to 2004, he replaced the positions of sales manager, deputy commercial director - head of sales department, commercial director of TeleRoss-Volgograd CJSC.

From 2004 to 2007, he replaced the post of commercial director of the Volgograd branch of SSS Sovintel LLC.

From 2007 to 2012, he replaced the positions of Commercial Director, First Deputy Director of the Central Branch - Commercial Director, Deputy Commercial Director of the Central Branch of OJSC Rostelecom.

In 2012, he replaced the position of Advisor to the General Director of OJSC NTC Promtekhaero.

From 2013 to 2014, he replaced the position of General Director of Open Operating Systems LLC.

From 2015 to 2016, he replaced the position of Deputy Head of the Interregional Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service for Centralized Data Processing.

From 2016 to 2020, he replaced the post of deputy head and head of the Department of Operational Control of the Federal Tax Service.

2020: Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service

By order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 24, 2020 No. 81-r Budarin, Andrei Vladimirovich was appointed deputy head of the Federal Tax Service.

As of March 2020, Budarin Andrei is responsible for the digital transformation of the Federal Tax Service.
