Was born on August 13, 1959 in Moscow in family of the military pilot.

Education

1981 - graduated from the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute (MARI) majoring in "The civil engineer of highways".

Also graduated from Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation.

Career

1981 - 1983 – the engineer of road department of the state design institute "Soyuzdorproyekt" in Moscow.

1983 - 1986 – the master, the foreman, the senior foreman of the mechanized column No. 129 of Nizhnevartovskdorstroy trust.

1986 - 1993 – the foreman, the senior foreman, the head of the technical engineering department, the chief of SU-920 of Nizhnevartovskdorstroy trust.
