2024: Appointment as CEO of Natura Siberica
On December 28, 2024, the Natura Siberica group of companies announced the appointment of a new general director - Anna Molchanova became it. The former general director Sergei Bykovskikh, who served from July 1, 2024, decided to leave the company.
It is noted that Molchanova since 2014 held the position of chief investment director of AFK Sistema. In 2018-2023, she headed the Delta Trading House (Arkhyz drinking water brand ). Since November 2024, she has been acting First Deputy CEO of Natura Siberica, she is also on the board of directors of this group of companies.
As CEO of Natura Siberica, Molchanova will focus on increasing the company's value by developing and implementing a new development strategy, including a portfolio strategy of brands, optimizing cross-functional interaction and improving the quality of business processes. In addition, it is planned to pay special attention to the implementation of digital solutions. Molchanova will also be responsible for the development of talents within the company.
The focus tasks for the Natura Siberica group of companies are the development of a portfolio strategy, the global strengthening of the role of RnD (research and development) in the creation of new products, the development and strengthening of the scientific and production base. We will continue to work to increase the efficiency of all processes in order to promptly respond to daily market challenges, and we plan to implement joint projects with Russian scientists for greater independence from imports, says Molchanova. |
As of the end of 2024, the Russian manufacturer of certified organic cosmetics Natura Siberica sells products in about 90 countries around the world. The company operates 66 stores, four factories and four farms for the production of cosmetics.[1]
