Anton Gruzdev graduated from the Faculty of Microdrills and Technical Cybernetics of NIU MIET and began his professional career as an engineer of support and implementation of enterprise-class infrastructure solutions, acted as a technical consultant and architect.

He worked in leadership positions in various Russian and foreign companies, including I-Teco, Sberbank, EMC, Digital Energy, Yadro.

Anton Gruzdev is one of the founders of Mind Software. The company is developing a family of cross-platform migration technologies and fault tolerance of IT services. Until 2025, he held the position of technical director at Mind Software. He has many years of experience in the IT industry and is responsible for the company's technology strategy.
