Biography

2012-2023

Arabidis was born in the city of Leningrad. He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Cybernetics of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University Peter the Great, then - the Faculty of Economics of St. Petersburg University. He is a member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants (ACCA). He worked at PwC, where he took part in audit and consulting projects in various industries. In 2012, he joined the O'Kay group, focusing on financial issues.

Since 2016, Arabidis served as CFO of O'Kay, and was also a member of the company's board. He worked on the group's strategy, oversaw business development, etc. In November 2023, he was appointed CEO of the O'Kay group hypermarket format. One of the priorities of the management team under the leadership of Arabidis was the further transformation of this format in order to strengthen its market position, improve the purchasing offer and increase the operational efficiency of hypermarkets.

2025: Appointment as CEO of the Yes! Supermarket chain

At the end of December 2025, it became known that Konstantin Arabidis was appointed to the post of General Director of Fresh Market LLC (is the operator of the Yes! Supermarket chain). Previously, he headed some companies of the O'Kay group, which includes Fresh Market.

The O'Kay website says that as of September 30, 2025, the group operated 303 stores in Russia (76 hypermarkets under the O'Kay brand and 227 "Yes!" discounters) With a total trading area of ​ ​ 658,890 square meters. The Yes! Network has been developing since 2015: it is stated that this is "a completely new discounter format in the Russian retail market, which offers customers the optimal value for money."^[1]
