2024: Appointment as Minister of Digital Development of the Yaroslavl Region

Artem Glakhenhausen has been appointed the new head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Yaroslavl Region. The press service of the regional administration announced this on October 1, 2024.

He managed large-scale projects, introduced an electronic government system, worked with neural networks and artificial intelligence, - said the governor of the Yaroslavl region Mikhail Evraev about the new minister. - During his work as an adviser on digitalization and IT, he managed to study the past practices of the region and is ready to fulfill new tasks.

The government of the Yaroslavl region also said that by October 2024, Artyom Glachengausen has been working in the field of digital technologies for more than 20 years, and for the past three months he has been an adviser to the governor on digitalization and IT.

The post of Minister of Digital Development of the Yaroslavl Region until the beginning of September 2024 was held by Alexander Korolev. He got a job at the GosTech State Public Institution, where he will oversee the digitalization projects of the Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (MHIF), one of the state extra-budgetary funds created to finance medical services for citizens of the Russian Federation.
