2017-2018

2023: Appointment as Director of the Department of Informatization and Communications of the Yaroslavl Region
In early April 2023, Alexander Korolev was appointed director of the department of informatization and communications of the Yaroslavl region. Prior to that, he led the department as acting director. New appointments and structural changes in the Government of the region were announced by Governor Mikhail Evraev at an operational meeting.
Under his leadership, a network of telemedicine terminals was created in the region [Kaluga region] on the basis of socially significant facilities, a system for assessing the quality of services - these are terminals in all polyclinic departments - and a single electronic registry, - commented on the appointment of Korolev, Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Mikhail Evraev. According to TAdviser, Korolev got a job at the GosTech State Public Institution of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. The state institution confirmed this information to TAdviser and clarified that in GosTech the ex-head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Yaroslavl region will oversee the digitalization projects of the Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (MHIF), one of the state extra-budgetary funds created to finance medical care for citizens of the Russian Federation.
In a conversation with D-Russia, Alexander Korolev noted that over 1.5 years of work as Minister of Digital Development of the Yaroslavl Region, he managed to implement several projects and lay down prospects for future development in many industries:
- The Regional Management System has been created, which allows in real time to analyze and make management decisions in the field of improvement, construction, road facilities and other areas;
- launched a regional video surveillance system with the ability to conduct video analytics;
- service 122 has been modernized, which allows you to flexibly work out citizens' appeals on many social issues, including making an appointment with a doctor, conducting direct lines and other areas.
