2022: Results of ICT development summed up

In mid-May 2023, the director of the department of informatization and communications of the Yaroslavskaya region, Alexander Korolev, spoke about some of the results of the digitalization of the region in 2022. One of the directions of the IT strategy is the development of the portal of Public services (EPGU).

According to Korolev, in 2022, more than 12 million applications from citizens for the provision of regional services were submitted in the Yaroslavl region, of which 85% were in electronic form, thanks to which the region took 11th place in the Russian Federation in the number of regional and municipal services received by citizens through the EPSU. The level of satisfaction of applicants with the quality of provision of MSZU using EPGU is 4.1 points, which exceeds the established planned value of 3.9 points, said the head of the Department of Informatization and Communications of the Yaroslavl Region.

He also said that in 2022, in accordance with the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" under the "Information Infrastructure" project, 4G (LTE) cellular communication base stations were commissioned in six rural settlements of the Yaroslavl region with a population of 100 to 500 people.

The number of organizations in the Yaroslavl region using a single electronic document management system in the Yaroslavl region increased to 587, the number of users working with the system at the same time no longer has restrictions.

The governor's project "Our Yards" was implemented: 808 video cameras were installed, which made it possible to monitor the implementation of landscaping work online. New subsystems have been created in the regional information and analytical system of the Yaroslavl region to control the implementation of the governor's projects "Our Courtyards" (landscaping of courtyards) and "Bright City" (highlighting the buildings of the historical part of the city of Yaroslavl).^[1]
