The ex-head of the department received a suspended sentence for bonuses to herself

On December 1, 2023, the Gavrilov-Yamsky District Court of the Yaroslavl Region sentenced Oksana Piklun to probation with a probationary period of three years, with the deprivation of the right to hold senior positions in state and municipal authorities for a period of two years. The former head of the Department of Health of the Yaroslavl Region was found guilty of embezzlement of someone else's property on an especially large scale, committed using his official position (part 4 of article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Arrest of Mercedes bill and car Oksana Picklun accused of awarding himself bonuses

In August 2023, the Gavrilov-Yamsky District Court of the Yaroslavl Region seized the bank accounts and the Mercedes car of the former director of the regional health department Oksana Piklun. This was reported by the newspaper Kommersant. Read more here.

2022

The ex-head of the Yaroslavl Health Department was sent under house arrest in the case of overstating premiums

At the end of March 2022, the Gavrilov-Yamsky District Court of the Yaroslavl Region sent Oksana Piklun under house arrest for two months. The former head of the regional health department is charged under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (appropriation committed on an especially large scale). Sergei Lugansky - New Director of the Department of Health and Pharmacy of the Yaroslavl Region

On February 8, 2022, it was announced the appointment of Sergei Lugansky as the new director of the Department of Health and Pharmacy of the Yaroslavl Region. Prior to that, he headed the Central City Hospital of Yaroslavl. Read more here.

2021

The appointment of Oksana Piklun as head of the Department of Health and Pharmacy of the Yaroslavl Region ​

On November 23, 2021, Oksana Piklun officially headed the Department of Health and Pharmacy of the Yaroslavl Region instead of Vasily Tubashov. Prior to that, she acted as chief physician of the Gavrilov-Yamsky Central District Hospital. Read more here.

Appointment of Vasily Tubashov as head of the Department of Health of the Yaroslavl Region

In mid-January 2021, Vasily Tubashov was appointed Director of the Department of Health and Pharmacy of Yaroslavskaya. He replaced Ruslan Saitgareev, who led the regional health care system since October 2016. Read more here.
