2023: Chairman of the Committee of the Association of KP VET on Regulatory Regulation in the IT Industry

Within the framework of the Committee, the Association takes part in the formation of the regulatory environment of the IT industry, taking into account national tasks, practices for the consumption of software and equipment, as well as taking into account the current requirements and restrictions.

I am sure that we will maintain the high pace of work of the committee, which has already formed by this time, and will only increase its results, set ourselves new goals and tasks. It is extremely important to hold a number of meetings with representatives of the authorities, given that the issues of the committee's conduct are among the priorities. We need to identify the problems of the current legislation in the IT industry, assess the feasibility of legislative initiatives for the largest consumers of software and equipment and formulate proposals for their improvement, "said Artem Sheikin.

The Regulatory Committee in the IT industry has been actively working since the creation of the Association of TET KP. During this time, we took part in the assessment of draft legal acts, sent a number of proposals on behalf of the association to regulators, and also prepared initiatives significant for the IT industry. In total, 16 NPA projects were considered, 154 proposals were sent, of which more than 70 were taken into account. The merits of the committee are always heard among the main achievements of our association. And 2023 began with an even more significant event - the committee had a leader in the person of Artem Sheikin, - said Renata Abdulina, chairman of the association of the KP VET.

In total, the Association of KP VET as of March 2023 has 5 specialized committees: the Testing and Testing Committee, the Consulting Committee, the Committee for the Development of Domestic Software, the Labor Market Committee and the Committee on Regulatory Regulation in the IT Industry.
