Biography

Born in 1981 in the city of Dzerzhinsk, Gorky Region. Married, two children.

In 2003 he graduated from the Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration with a degree in state and municipal administration.

He began his career in 2001 as deputy commercial director of individual entrepreneurs.
