I am grateful for the trust in me. Over the past 2 years, SberMarket has become a confident leader in the e-grocery segment. In the new role, I will work to strengthen the company's position in the market by developing the service in terms of benefits for customers, increasing the speed of delivery and ensuring business sustainability, Sarkisov said, commenting on his appointment as the head of the company.

Arthur Sarkisov

Before heading the Russian online service for the delivery of products and goods from store shelves, Sarkisov worked in it as vice president for operations and business development of the company. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening leadership in the grocery delivery market and SberMarket's entry into a new segment - the delivery of finished food from restaurants, the company said. They also recalled that Asan Kurmanguzhin, co-founder of SberMarket, has been responsible for managing the service since 2018. Under his leadership, the service from a small startup turned into the leader of the e-grocery market, the company emphasized.

By the beginning of March 2023, SberMarket delivers food and consumer goods in more than 160 cities of Russia. 156 grocery and non-grocery retail chains cooperate with the service - 1.3 times more than by March 2022. It is noted that under the leadership of Artur Sarkisov, a project was implemented to launch SberMarket in the regions: in just three months, the service became available in 115 cities of 83 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.[1]
