Career

• In 1995-2001 - the assistant to the deputy of the Moscow City Duma, the assistant to the member of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the assistant to the Chairman of the Committee according to the constitutional legislation and judicial legal issues of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the head of Office of the Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
• Since 2001 - the deputy head of department of information, regional and public relations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
• Since 2002 - the Head of Department of the administration of the Ministry of the industry, science and technologies of the Russian Federation.
• In 2003-2006 worked in Federal supervision of Russia on nuclear and radiation safety (Gosatomnadzor), after conversion of department to Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision headed Administrative and control management of service.
• Since 2006 - the vice president of Atomstroyexport Ltd for work with public authorities.
• June, 2008 - November, 2010 - the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.
• Since January, 2009 - the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Irkutskiye elektricheskiye seti.
• Since August, 2010 - the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Irkutsk Electric Grid Company.
• December, 2010 - September, 2013 - the assistant administrator of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor).
• September, 2013 - June, 2014 - the deputy CEO - the director of directorate of JSC Transinzhstroy.
• Since July, 2014 - the adviser to the President of National Consolidation of builders^[1].

• he is married, has two children (the son of 1991, the daughter of 1984).
