Biography

Was born on August 21, 1968 in the Azerbaijani SSR.

1987: Military service

1987 - 1989 served in the ranks of the Soviet Army, was involved in fighting in the Republic Afghanistan.

1992: EXPERT

In 1992 with honors graduated from the Azerbaijani agricultural academy (since 2009 - the Azerbaijani State Agricultural University).

1996: Postgraduate study of the All-Russian Research Institute of livestock production

In 1996 completed postgraduate studies at the All-Russian Research Institute of livestock production (since 2017 - Federal scientific center of livestock production - VIZh of a name of the academician L.K. Ernst), defended the dissertation for a degree of Candidate of Biology on specialties biotechnology and physiology.

1997: All-Russian Research Institute of pig-breeding

1997 - 2002 the research associate, the senior research associate, the leading researcher, the scientific secretary in laboratory of biotechnology of the All-Russian Research Institute of pig-breeding.

2005

Doctoral studies of the All-Russian Research Institute of livestock production

In 2005 ended doctoral studies of the All-Russian Research Institute of livestock production, defended the dissertation for a degree of the Dr.Sci.Biol. on specialties biotechnology and physiology.

Russian Agricultural Academy

2005 - 2013 - the scientific secretary (the deputy academician-secretary) of Department of zootechnics of the Russian Agricultural Academy (since 2014 - department of agricultural sciences of RAS), in combination the associate director on scientific and organizational work of the All-Russian Research Institute of livestock production and the head of the laboratory of a reproductive cryobiology of animals.

In 2010 it is elected the corresponding member of the Russian Agricultural Academy.

2014

Since 2014 is the corresponding member The Russian of academy sciences.

FASO Russia

In 2014 it is appointed to the position of the head of department of coordination and ensuring organization activity in the field of agricultural sciences of the Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations of Russia.

2018: Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation

In June, 2018 it is appointed the director of the department of coordination of organization activity in the field of agricultural sciences of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation.

Awards

It is awarded with four war decorations and the Certificate of honor of Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR to "Soldier internationalist" with the breastplate.

Additional information

In 2012 received an academic status of professor of genetics and nanobiotechnology.

He is married, four children.
