Career

Baklykov with honors ended Kiev the highest engineering radio engineering school of troops of air defense as "radio engineer". In 2008 gained the diploma of MVA of the Moscow international higher school of business of MIRBIS.

From 1996 to 2000 worked in the technical center of the Russian Trading System (RTS).

From 2000 to 2003 Baklykov worked in Transtelecom at a position at first of the chief specialist, and then the head of department of development of information systems. Having passed in 2003 into Rostelecom, took at first a position of the deputy, and since 2005 – directors of the department of IT.

In the fall of 2009 Andrey Baklykov resigned from the post of the director of the department of information technologies from Rostelecom. Then the Board of Directors of the operator brought Baklykov out of board of the company. The press service of Rostelecom of CNews said that it was the voluntary severance.

On January 19, 2009 the Moscow City Telephone Network (MCTN) announced Andrey Baklykov's appointment the new Chief information officer of the company. He started the responsibilities in the first working day of 2010, on January 11.

For March, 2015 worked as the Head of Department of cloud computing in GMCS company.

For February, 2019 is not an employee of GMCS any more.
