Balandyuk Sergey Vasilyevich

On February 19, 1992 founded Prosoft-M company and provided its dynamic development as the innovation enterprise creating own market of creation of electronic information resources. By 2001 on a basis of "Prosoft-M" created and headed the ELAR corporation [1]which grew in the specialized enterprise, largest in Europe, on creation, complex equipping and filling of electronic archives, implementation of the advanced equipment, information technologies and solutions.

So far ELAR corporation under the direct guide of S.V. Balandyuk accumulated almost 20 years' experience of accomplishment of volume and difficult projects, including — national scale. During their implementation production divisions of Corporation transferred to formats of electronic databases and archives about ¼ billion paper and micrographic documents. The developed exclusive technologies and solutions displaid ELAR in number of the leading Russian innovation enterprises, solutions and results of the performed works are significant for progress of society and the State. The corporation successfully implements big project works for the benefit of the Russian President Administration, the major ministries and departments, large holdings and the enterprises, the international organizations.

Preparation and implementation of the unique national project of creation of the Generalized databank "Memorial", the diploma of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation mentioned in 2008 and the medal "For Merits in Perpetuating of Memory of the Died Defenders of the Fatherland" is among special merits of S.V. Balandyuk.

Support of Russia is a member of presidium of the All-Russian public organization of a small and medium entrepreneurship.
