Biography

Igor Bardintsev was born in 1976 in Chernihiv. In 1997 graduated from the Moscow institute of world economy majoring in World economy, in 2000 received the master's degree in the Management direction at Academy of National Economy.

In 1997-1998 worked as the specialist on risk management of Rinako Plus investment company^[1].

In 1998-2002 – the head of the analytical department of financial department of NIKoil.

In 2002-2004 – the chief economist of Gazprombank.

In 2004-2006 – the head of department of corporate finances of Integrated Energy Systems holding.

In 2006 became the chief operating officer (SOO) in Uralsib.

From 2009 to 2010 held the head's post on corporate management in VimpelCom.

2010-2017: Sberbank

From 2010 to 2017 took different managerial positions in Sberbank. The position of the senior managing director – directors of the Center of applied data of Sberbank where he was engaged in project management, the data directed to monetization was the last Bardintsev's positions.

2017: Severstal

On January 31, 2017 Severstal Management announced Igor Bardintsev's appointment the development director of digital technologies (CDO). In this position he had to be responsible for development and deployment of digital strategy of Severstal and also consolidation of all digital aspects in the single system using the best world practices and providing growth of competitive advantages of the company.

Bardintsev at the Deputy CEO for finance and economy "Severstal of Management" Alexey Kulichenko was under supervision. The chief Bardintseva noted that the company sees high potential and demand in system work in the field of digital technologies and especially Big Data in all areas, since production, repairs, technology, finishing with purchases and sales.

Already today we see many examples of successful projects in this area and are sure that we will be able to create additional opportunities for increase in efficiency of our company, - Kulichenko said.

2020: VimpelCom

Since May 15, 2020 Igor Bardintsev is appointed the vice president of new division of VimpelCom (a brand Beeline) - the block on work with data.

The created block is under direct supervision at the CEO of the company. The main tasks of division are unification of methodology of measurement of indicators at all levels of the company, ensuring quality of data and also data management and the business analysis. Any else details about the new block of TAdviser in VimpelCom were not provided.
