Batasov Herman Yuryevich was born in Moscow 11/26/1967.

In 1992 graduated from the Moscow Institute of the Fine chemical tecnmology (MITHT of M.V. Lomonosov), faculty of Chemistry and technology of rare elements and materials of the electronic equipment, as a Chemical engineer, specialization powder metallurgy.

From the moment of the termination of Institute till 1999 worked in various sectors of the economy, including directed analytical service in Transtekhnokom metallurgical holding, held the leading posts in the companies working in the field of the real estate.

• In 1999 started a career in Informzashita company as the programmer and already through insignificant time became the leading specialist.

• In 2003 took a position of the software project manager – integrated management of security "CUBE". During this time several generations of a product were let out, a system developed in the full-fledged system of an enterprise scale.

• In 2008 headed department of project management in department of development of program systems of Informzashita company.

• On November 21, 2011 Trustverse company, entering into Informzashita Group, announced appointment will head Herman Batasov the CEO.

The Trustverse company created in Informzashita Group in 2008 specialized in development of solutions on the Linux platform. With arrival of the new CEO business of the company will change — the company will be focused on development of an end-to-end system of information security "CUBE". This cross-platform solution allows to perform close integration of technologies, processes and people, at the same time increasing availability of service of the service of automation (SA) and efficiency of activity of the Information Security Service (ISS).

"We consider that this product reached the sufficient level of a maturity that the separate company was engaged in its implementations and further development. Trustverse will become such company working on the "one company — one product" model — Herman Batasov noted. — Our next plans include increase in number of customers and creation of own partner network from among system integrators".
