Biography

Born in 1965 in Voronezh.

In 1986 he graduated from the Oryol Higher Military Command School of Communications named after M.I. Kalinin (later renamed the Academy of the FSO of Russia), in 1994 - the Military Academy of Communications named after S.M. Budenny, in 2006 - the North-West Academy of Public Service (in 2010 renamed the North-West Institute of Management).

From 1994 to 2020 he served in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. He headed the Security Service for the North-Western Federal District of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, then worked as deputy director of the FSO of Russia - head of the Special Communications Service of the FSO of Russia. He has the rank of Colonel General.

Appointment of Deputy Minister of Digital Development and dismissal after 2 months

On December 29, 2020, by order of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Digital Development of the Russian Federation.
