Biography

In 1986 he graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, geologist-geophysicist, specialty "geophysical methods of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits."

Additional vocational education:

• He was trained at the international Moscow financial and banking school (associate member of the European Association of Banking Education) on the course:
• Interaction between Central and Commercial Banks, 1995;
• Reorganization of banks through mergers and joins (legal and economic aspects), 1998
• He attended a lecture course at the Financial and Personnel House of FKD Firm LLC on the topic: Practical issues of the application of new regulatory acts of currency regulation and currency control, 2001.
• He underwent professional retraining at the State Academy of Professional Retraining and Advanced Training for Senior Managers and Investment Specialists under the Business Management Program, 2002.
• He was trained at the Association of Regional Banks of Russia under the course program: "Regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the activities of commercial banks," 2006, 2007.
