Beltov Andrey Georgiyevich is the managing partner of JSC RAMEK-VS

Biography

Andrey Georgiyevich Beltov was born on January 30, 1957 in the city of Sanbor (Ukraine). In 1980 graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute of Ulyanov (Lenin) automatic equipment and telemechanics, in 1989. The Leningrad engineering and economic institute of P. Togliatti, in a research and development, qualification: organizer of Research and Development.

Upon termination of institute worked in NPO Impulse. There passed the way from the young specialist to the deputy chief designer.

1992: Head of JSC RAMEK

In 1992 headed JSC RAMEK created based on NPO Impulse for the purpose of providing ADP equipment of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

1996: Creation of RAMEK-VS Ltd

In 1996 created and headed RAMEK-VS Ltd.

In 1999 it was appointed the chairman of the board of directors of RAMEK-VS Ltd.

2004: Chairman of the board of directors of RAMEK Invest

In 2004 RAMEK-VS Ltd was a part of RAMEK Invest LLC which chairman of the board of directors appointed Beltov Andrey Georgiyevich. In addition to RAMEK-VS Ltd were a part of RAMEK INVEST LLC:

• Krasnaya Zarya Plant. Systems of Digital Trunking LLC;
• industrial enterprises - Instrument Maker Ltd,
• Granite Mining Company Ltd,
• Northwest Lead Plant Ltd,
• Borodinskoye LLC;
• real estate administration: Termo-Layn LLC and KZ-STsS Ltd;
• financial services: "RAMEK of Audit-consulting", EKSI-Bank Ltd

and other organizations.

In 2006 defended the dissertation on the subject "Quality Evaluation Methods of Functioning of Trunk Data Transmission Channels of Global Networks".

In May, 2009 Andrey Georgiyevich Beltov is released from a post of the Chairman of the board of directors of RAMEK INVEST LLC in connection with transition to public service.

2010: CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Central Research Institute EISU

In 2010 it is appointed the CEO of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Central Research and Development Institute of Economy, Information Science and Management Systems (Federal State Unitary Enterprise Central Research Institute EISU).

2015: The managing partner in JSC RAMEK-VS

In 2015 Andrey Georgiyevich returned to JSC RAMEK-VS where nowadays holds a position of the managing partner.

Scientific works

Has the scientific works placed in technical and popular scientific editions:

• Analysis of vulnerabilities of technologies of automation of the smart house;
• Analysis of methods of modeling of telecommunication networks;
• Method of identification of implicit communications of objects;
• Trends of development of methods of mobile fraud using a data-transport service of GPRS;
• The attacks on the automation system based on vulnerability of technology with-bus, etc.

Author of the book: "Technologies of mobile communication: services and services".
