Bezukladnikov Pyotr Volframovich was born in 1959 in Lviv. In 1982 graduated from faculty of molecular and chemical physics of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. In 1980-1992 – the research associate of Pacific Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry (Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences), Candidate of Chemistry.
Since 2000 worked in RAO UES. There passed the way from the head of department of restructuring and implementation of strategic programs of department of corporate strategy of RAO UES of Russia to the CEO of representative office of RAO UES of Russia on management of joint-stock companies of the Northwest part of the Russian Federation. In 2004-2006 - the CEO of Enel ESN Energo LLC.
