Blinova Tatyana Viktorovna is an auditor of Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Biography

Tatyana was born on February 24, 1966 in the city of Moscow.

In 1989 graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute of Sergo Ordzhonikidze.

In 1993 graduated from Institute of an industrial property and innovatics.

In 1997 graduated from Academy of work and social relations.

In 2003 graduated from the Moscow academy of economy and the right.

From 1988 to 1992 worked at technical positions at the Moscow research radio engineering institute.

From 1993 to 2001 worked in committee of work and employment of the Government of Moscow, the Prefecture of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation.

From 2004 to 2008 worked as the head of department of Federal Service for Labour and Employment

From 2008 to 2012 worked as the director of the department of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

In July – September, 2012 – the director of the department of employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

From September, 2012 to May, 2015 – the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

In 2015 it is appointed to a position of the auditor of Accounts Chamber.
