2018: Property sale in Berlin
In December 2020, it became known that Arkady Rotenberg, being under US sanctions, had previously sold his Berlin real estate in a villa complex in Schmargendorf. Rotenberg's Cypriot company Olpon Investments sold its stake to daughter Lilia and a company owned by his brother Boris (both at that time co-owners in the villa complex) for 2.5 million euros.
