Biography

Victor Britannic was born on May 9, 1978 in the city of Mirny, Arkhangelsk Region.

He graduated from Northwestern Technical University. In 2010, he completed his studies under the Presidential Program for the Training of Management Personnel. He improved his qualifications in the courses "Digital Business Transformation" at St. Petersburg State University and "Personal Management Art" at the Tallinn School of Managers. He has repeatedly participated in programs for the development of the personnel reserve and internal training.

2025: Director of the Arkhangelsk branch of Rostelecom

Viktor Britannic has been appointed Director of the Arkhangelsk branch of PJSC Rostelecom. He worked for more than 30 years in the technical unit of the company, and since 2018 he served as deputy director - technical director of the regional division. Andrei Prishchemikhin, who previously headed the branch, was appointed director of the Rostov branch of Rostelecom. Rostelecom announced this on October 20, 2025.

The area of ​ ​ responsibility of Victor Britannia included the development of business and strengthening the company's position in the Arkhangelsk region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The main tasks will be the development of telecommunications infrastructure and the implementation of digital solutions for the state, business and the population.
