Biography
Alexander was born on January 24, 1959 in the city of Omsk.
In 1981 graduated from Military engineering institute Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner of A.F. Mozhaysky.
In 1992 got an education in Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2002 completed training in Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.
From 1976 to 2011 served on scientific and executive positions in bodies of state security.
From 2011 to 2013 worked as the chief of the department of system projects of JSC Sistemy Upravleniya.
From 2013 to 2014 worked as the head of department of information security of JSC Rosseti.
In 2014 received a position of the managing director for information technologies of department of security and to information technologies of PJSC AFK Sistema.
For November 30, 2016 Alexander Yuryevich Budnikov works as the managing director for information security and information technologies of PJSC AFK Sistema.
