Biography

Ruslan was born on February 18, 1979 in the city of Aprelevke of the Moscow region.

Studied at school No. 3 of the city of Aprelevka of the Moscow region, from 1986 to 1994.

Graduated from boarding school No. 18 SUNTs of MSU of A.N. Kolmogorov.

Graduated at faculty of Calculus mathematics and cybernetics, VMIK MSU, in 2001.

MBA took a course at ANH (Academy of National Economy at the Government of the Russian Federation), in 2004.

Worked as the project manager of Optima company from 1999 to 2002.

From 2002 to 2003 Byalkin worked the project manager in the International company of communication.

In 2003 the manager with key clients of Computer Mechanics company passed to work into positions, worked for 2004.

From 2004 to 2005 worked for IBS Datafort company.

In 2005 came to work to IBM to a position of the specialist in customer relations and worked for 2008.

From 2008 to 2009 Ruslan worked in Software AG as the key clients specialist.

In 2009 passed to work into the Central Bank of Russian Federation.

In 2009 and for 2011 worked for Microsoft in Russia.

From 2011 to 2013 worked in Oracle as the main clients manager.

From 2013 to 2014 worked in SAP at a position of the leading expert on work with clients.

For June 26, 2014 Ruslan Byalkin worked as the director of business development of Digital Security.
