Biography
Konstantin Evgenyevich Bylinin was born in the settlement of Volzhsk, the Krasnoyarsk district, the Samara region.
The higher education - the Highest boundary military-political school of KGB, 1981.
In 1999 got second higher education at the Samara international institute of the market in Management.
Married. Two adult children.
Career
In 1974 worked at the Kuibyshev motor plant, the milling-machine operator.
From November, 1975 to June, 1992 served in Committee for State Security of the USSR, in border troops.
In 1992 Kurumoch is transferred to work in the Middle Volga territorial customs, in a position of the acting chief of operations section of a customs post. In 1995 it is appointed the managing director of directorate of the international airport "Kurumoch" where worked till September, 2000.
From 2000 to 2005 worked in transport enterprises of Samara, in positions commercial and the CEO.
In December, 2005 it is employed in Samara airline to a position of the First Deputy CEO, afterwards - the acting as the CEO. Worked till June, 2007 then it was employed in the airport of Irkutsk by the CEO.
For October 29, 2013 works as the CEO of JSC International Airport Irkutsk.
