On April 2, 2020 the Acronis company announced appointment Candida Wuejesta to a position of the vice president for researches in the field of cyber defense. Candide Vuest will head researches of relevant trends of cyberthreats and creation of methods of protection for continuous improvement of the solutions for cyber defense, innovation in the world.

In Acronis company of Candide Vuest will manage activity of the Operational centers Acronis for cyber security in EBVA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), including to head the selected research projects on threats of information security and also to develop strategy for group of response to cyberthreats. He and its command will carry out the analysis of trends of development of malware and will prepare recommendations for clients and groups of software development of Acronis who will help to develop opportunities in future products of the company.
