Career
2014-2018
In 2014, he became the general director of the Kursk JSC Aviautomatika named after Tarasov, and a year later - the head of the Ramensky Instrument-Making Design Bureau (RPKB).
In 2018, Brenerman returned to Tatarstan and became deputy general director of the Radioelectronic Technologies Concern (KRET), where Nikolai Kolesov headed. In 2020, the media reported that Brenerman could head the Kazan Helicopter Plant (KVZ). In 2021, he headed the Yakovlev Design Bureau.
2023: Appointment as CEO of Ilyushin
On February 10, 2023, it was announced the appointment of Daniil Brenerman as the new general director of Ilyushin, which is engaged in the production of IL aircraft. He replaced Sergei Yarkova, who will now head the company's board of directors and continue to develop the transport aviation division of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec state corporation).
The new head of Ilyushin is faced with the task of further increasing the production rate of military transport workers and intensifying work on civilian programs, including the resumption of flight tests of the Il-114-300 and the organization of the upcoming flight tests of the Il-96-400M passenger aircraft, the UAC reported.
The corporation also said that Yarkova ensured the stabilization of the company's work. In particular, the "branch of PJSC" Il "- Aviastar at the end of 2022 increased the volume of serial production of heavy transport aircraft Il-76MD-90A to five per year."
The aviation complex named after S.V. Ilyushin is one of the leading enterprises in Russia in the development of aviation equipment. Included in the list of 11 sub-sanctioned Russian companies with which the United States was allowed to conduct export and re-export operations in the field of civil aviation (by February 2023).[1]
