Biography

Born on June 9, 1954 in the city of Ulan-Ude, Buryat Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

Education

1980 - graduated from the Far Eastern Higher Marine Engineering School named after Admiral G.I. Nevelsky with a degree in "Operation of Water Transport"^[1].

1997 - graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Economics and Management.
