Biography

Education

Was born in October, 1962 in the settlement October Zeysky district of the Amur region.

In 1983 graduated from the Khabarovsk institute of the national economy (since 2015 - HGUEP (The Khabarovsk state university of economy and the right)) in "Finance and the credit", qualification "economist".

In 1996 - the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2006 - the Moscow academy of an entrepreneurship at the Government Moscow.

Career

From 1983 to 2001 worked in financial management of the Amur regional executive committee (is later in financial department of Administration of the Amur region), having passed a way from the economist to the first deputy department head.

In 2001 it is accepted to a position of the associate director, and then appointed to the position of the director of the Blagoveshchensk branch CB Dalkombank.

From January 11, 2009 to May 20, 2012 Minister of Economic Development, industry and transport of the Amur region.

From May 21 to October 21, 2012 - the Minister of Economic Development of the Amur region.

From October 22, 2012 to May 27, 2013 - the Deputy Prime Minister of the Amur region - the Minister of Economic Development of the Amur region.

Since May 28, 2013 held a position of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Amur region. Was the person responsible for informatization of the region.

On August 2, 2018 it is appointed the Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Arctic.

For March, 2020 - the adviser to the Minister RUSSIAN FEDERATION of development Distant East and Arctic.

Other

The honorary title "The honored economist of the Russian Federation" is given.

Has the adult son.
