Demchenko Andrey Viktorovich, CEO of JSC Gorodskaya sberegatelnaya kassa, director of ANO Institute of Development of Financial Markets, Chairman of the board of Non-profit Partnerstva Community of Professionals of Financial Market SAPFIR (NP SAPFIR).

Was born in 1979 in the city of Gatchina, the Leningrad Region. In 2001 graduated from the St. Petersburg State Engineering and economic University in "Finance and the credit", then continued training in Law in the Russian Academy of Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2001-2004 worked in Federal Commission on Securities of Russia as the head of department of external relations and public relations. Took part in projects on an output to the market of loans of new issuers: subjects of the Russian Federation and Russian companies.

In 2002 becomes the cofounder and the partner of National network business Since 2003 becomes the Member of the National register of professional corporate directors and the International network on corporate management C 2004 for 2006 held a position of the CEO and Member of the Board of trustees of "Institute of the Stock Market and Management" Fund.

In 2007 becomes the board member of ANO Institute of Development of Financial Markets (IDFM), since 2010 – the director and the Chairman of the board.

Since 2009 is the Chairman of the board of NP Community of Professionals of Financial Market SAPFIR and also the member of the National register of professional corporate directors of the Russian Institute of Directors.

Since 2008 and till present is a member of Task force on financial education at FFMS of Russia.

Since 2011 enters into Presidium of the Organizing committee of the All-Russian public professional holiday "Day of the Financier".

Since 2011 till present CEO, Chairman of the board of directors of JSC City Savings Bank, Chairman of the board of the City Savings Bank PDA.

In April, 2013 entered into Presidium of SRO of microfinance institutions of Mikrofinansirovaniye i razvitiye (NP MIR).

Married. Plays sports: the soccer, swimming, squash, leads a healthy lifestyle.
