JSC Gorodskaya sberegatelnaya kassa of the first of all microfinance institutions obtained accreditation for providing loans to bidders on the Single electronic trading platform (UEMP, or Roseltorg). In 2013 JSC Gorodskaya sberegatelnaya kassa received international certificate MIX 4 * for transparency of social and financial activities and the honourable personal diploma "For a contribution to market development of microfinance in the Russian Federation" from National partnership of participants of the NAUMIR microfinancial market. JSC Gorodskaya sberegatelnaya kassa offers clients special service – "A tender loan", intended especially for participants of electronic biddings. By the existing rules, for execution of the application for participation in an electronic auction each supplier is obliged to provide it with money in the amount of 5% of initial contract amount. Than the company participates in the bigger number of auctions, those to it should "freeze" more funds for term on average for 1 month. In this case there is a need attraction of financial resources on providing requests.
