Biography

Denis Nikolaevich Afanasyev was born on June 16, 1978 in Moscow.

Graduated from Moscow State Service University (MGUS) in 2003.

In 2007 - graduate school of MGUS and the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Jurisprudence.

From 1998 to 2002 he served in the internal affairs bodies.

Since 2002, he worked as a legal adviser in the commercial structures of the Moscow construction complex.

Since 2004 - Advisor to the Department of Property and Corporate Relations, Structural Reforms of Industries of the Federal Agency for Industry of Moscow.

In 2008-2009 - Head of the Department for Coordination of Property Relations of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media.

Since 2009 - Member of the Board of Directors of Dalsvyaz OJSC, Ingushelektrosvyaz OJSC, Dagsvyazinform OJSC, Svyazinvest OJSC, UTK OJSC.

Since 2010, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC MMTS-9, OJSC Bashinformsvyaz, OJSC MNITS.

Since July 2012 - Deputy General Director of Svyazinvest.

As of August 2018 - Deputy General Director of RTK-DPC.

For November 2021 - General Director of MMTS-9.
